Custom Design Process

A Simple Five-Step Design Process:

1. Order — First, choose the Edition and Design Package that's right for you, then fill out our Online Order Form to submit your order online, or call us to place your order by telephone and we'll send you a contract for signature.
2. Design Consultation — On receipt of the signed contract, we will then schedule a Design Consultation with you by telephone in order to determine an appropriate design style, discuss the imagery you have available, confirm which sections you want included in your Website and finalize the elements to include on your Homepage.
3. Design Treatments — On receipt of your imagery, our Design Team will take seven business days to create the design(s) you've ordered. Each Design is a completely thought-through treatment consisting of the Homepage and one interior page.
4. Site Build — On approval of the final design, our programmers will need seven business days to build your Website and Online Control Center and provide you with the Master Account — your unique, password-protected log-in.
5. Going Live — Once you've entered all of your content and you're ready, give us one business day's notice and we'll make the site live.
